Eventual Calendar integrates with your device's Calendar and Reminders through Apple's EventKit framework. We access your events and reminders to display and allow you to edit them within the app. This data is stored in your device's Calendar database and may be cached locally using Core Data for performance optimization.

b. Contacts Information

If you choose to add invitees to calendar events, Eventual Calendar may request access to your Contacts. This information is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

c. Location Data

Eventual Calendar may request access to your location to add location information to events. Location data is used solely for this purpose and is not tracked or stored separately by the app.

d. Personal Information

Eventual Calendar does not collect any personal data such as your name, email address, or phone number. The app operates as a local utility that works entirely on your device without requiring account creation or login.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide Features: We use your Calendar and Reminders data to display your schedule, manage events and reminders, and power features like Stencils and interactive widgets.
• To Improve Performance: We cache data locally to ensure the app runs smoothly, loads quickly, and works offline.
• No Marketing or Tracking: Your data is never used for marketing purposes, and we do not share it with third parties for any reason.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: All data accessed by Eventual Calendar is stored locally on your device and within your device's system Calendar database.
• Syncing: If you use iCloud, Google Calendar, Exchange, or another calendar syncing service, your data is subject to those providers' respective privacy policies.
• Security: Eventual Calendar relies on iOS built-in security features to protect your data. We do not use external servers to process or store your calendar information.

4. Third-Party Services

• No Analytics or Ads: Eventual Calendar does not use Google Analytics, Firebase, or any advertising networks. We do not track your behavior or serve ads.
• Apple Services: The app uses Apple's EventKit, Contacts, and MapKit frameworks. These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Choices

• Permissions: You can manage the app's access to your Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, and Location at any time through your device's Settings under Privacy & Security.
• Data Removal: Deleting Eventual Calendar from your device will remove all locally cached data. Events and reminders stored in your system Calendar will remain unless you delete them separately.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy within the app or on our website. Your continued use of Eventual Calendar after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
